Each year Moxie Polano expresses her thanks to the residents of Second Life by donning a fabulously cute Santa suit and passing out gifts to residents who stand in line for hours to get a chance to sit on her lap. You can tell Santa your holiday wishes and you’ll get a picture for your scrap book, a bag of candy and… wait for it…. an exclusive design!

 
Each year Moxie designs one dress to give away as her Christmas gift to all of us. She waits for an entire year before placing it on sale. So that means the only way to get this stunning gown named “Rachel” until next year around this time is to be at Moxie Polano’s Haute Couture main store tomorrow, Sunday the 19th of December or Monday the 20th of December.

Twelve Days of Christmas with Moxie Polano Day 12

The twelfth and final day of series brings us to Twelve Drummers Drumming. A super cute, fabulously sensual velvet mini dress with peek a boo sides. The little drum head piece is included as well!

It has been a great pleasure to blog this series for Moxie. She is one of the most talented creators I have met on the grid, and one of the most giving as well. Day eleven brings us to the final masque in Moxie’s series of the Twelve Days of Christmas. Eleven Pipers Piping is just… well.. cute. Teeny little birds perched on a flute singing beautiful songs. How do I know they are singing? Cause Moxie made ribbons of music scores, thats how! Toooo cute!

How exactly does one incorporate Ten Lord a Leaping into an outfit in Second Life and still be elegant? Paint them artistically into the bodice of the the garment of course! Can you find all ten? It’s like wheres Waldo.. only fashionably better!

The Candy Cane 2 hunt started on the 7th and Moxie’s gift is this wonderful Mask! It’s too pretty for me not to tell everyone about it! Yay!!

 

Twelve Days of Christmas with Moxie Polano Day 9

Day nine in our series brings us to Nine Ladies Dancing and shows us yet again just how talented Moxie Polano is. The detailing in the embroidery of this gown is impeccable. Hand painted roses adorn the bodice of the gown while smaller roses draw attention to a tasteful hip-to-toe split on the right side of this satin gown. Included you’ll also find the hair piece consisting of silk red roses and delicate lace and as with most of Moxie’s creations matching pumps.

Moxie’s take on Seven Swans a Swimming helps remind us that while it is cold outside (and it’s very cold *bbuuuurrrr*) there are ways to keep warm. Swans visit in December, Storks come in September! Enjoy ladies…. and gents. *winks*

Elegant, classy and sophisticated are words that immediately come to mind when I think of Moxie Polano’s take on Six Geese a Laying. Perfect for any evening holiday party, if you don’t feel like a million bucks in this dress all the lace in the metaverse cannot help you get there. There is only one word to describe the hat that completes this creation – Fun!
